Hitomi is a licensed Psychotherapist and Design Researcher with 12 years of experience. Through education on trauma-informed practice, psychology, and human-centred design, Hitomi supports individuals and teams to cultivate emotional regulation, self-awareness, and connection.

The Trauma-Informed Design workshop series grew directly from my experience leading sensitive design work and deep training in psychotherapy to help designers and researchers navigate trauma-related contexts with care.
